The Baseball United Foundation recently brought 16-year old Irish baseball player Fionn Gallaher-Hall to the USA to attend a Nike Baseball Camp in New York! Fionn’s trip to the USA was part of the Baseball United Foundation’s “Baseball Exchange” initiative. In 2014, BUF brought 14-year old Liam Shier to New York and Rhode Island. Fans of Irish Baseball were out in full force on August 20, 2017, to show their support for the Irish Junior National Baseball Team. Players and coaches from the team were on hand to meet fans and discuss their recent gold medal performance at the European Championship Qualifier Tournament in Zurich, Switzerland.
